Leadership

I've been checking the news boards and hitting refresh on the web browser to stay up to the minute on news updates. I do honestly believe that the events that are transpiring now on a national level will transform the future. However, I think that it is equally important to maintain a balanced perspective. One attribute that will be critical in moving forward is to have healthy leadership that will be able to make smart, strategic descions to overcome the challenges that we are facing today and in the future.
